Pros
Access to Microsoft contracts and networking opportunities

Repeated payroll errors
A detached Sr Mgmt (offshore, but it's not the geographical separation that is the problem)
Lack of accountability from Sr Mgmt.
Lowball pay rates
Reputed as having some of the highest markup on contractor rates.
Staff often fail to show on time for meetings with client.
Local mgmt often has to scramble to mitigate problems created by Sr Mgmt lack of leadership. The local office has a high turnover rate as they are often left 'hanging in the wind' and bear the brunt of contractor dissatisfaction.
Advice to Senior Management
1) Pay attention and respond to the problems. An vaguely worded apology after the fact "for the inconvenience" of repeated payroll issues is not exactly being accountable.
2) Offer competitive pay rates to contractors, or risk losing any semblance of loyalty or good will.
Pros
Aditi has great opportunities for work on MS platform and work is cutting edge. Work culture is great - a good mix of having fun while being serious at work.
Cons
Solutions are of medium scale - due to the nature of projects here. So working on really large projects is not possible.

Decent base income, decent benefits, no structure, incentives available but subject to change constantly, flexibility with shift hours early/late shifts.

Arbitrary goal setting, severe micro-management, no annual salary increases, no training/support, no work/life balance

Listen to employees, end micro-management, look at success of those who have moved on.
Pros
A homely atompshere where work is seriously fun. Believe me there is no ther company in India which can provide so much satisfaction to their employees.

It a relaxed company. they do projects for Microsoft and other seattle based companies. Some times very stressfull if the project timeline are not managed well.

Nice company and very friendly environment. Extremely employee friendly managers. People respect your personal life. Great projects, get to learn a lot. Strong Microsoft relationship helps in getting good projects.
Cons
Comp not inline with market, in fact much lower than what others can offer. Growth after a certain level is a problem as company cannot create many senior roles.

Try to retain some of the good guys and get rid of non performing assets

I work for Aditi only because they are the best vendor management company that pays me as I work directly on a Microsoft team. I say they are the best I have found since they provide health benefits plus 9 paid Microsoft Holidays as well.

That I am no longer a Microsoft full time employee.

To please provide matching 401K plans to employees asap after hire instead of after 2 yr anniversary.
Pros
Aditi foster open Culture. They have very approachable management who are open to listen radical ideas. Senior management also try to include people in there important decisions. Fun at work is followed. TGIF parties, music, Aditi Idol adds to zing. Work - life balance is maintained. Telecommute options and laptops for employees are provided. Knowledge / Community portal are important tool to manage information.
Also, Aditi provides opportunity to work in bleeding edge technologies. Because of there partnership with MS they work in some MS technologies in beta stages. Gives a lot of exposure and opportunity to employees in term of technologies.
