    Pros

I was able to learn a lot in a short span of time especially because of supportive team lead and colleagues.

    Cons

Bureaucracy is rampant in thIs age old indian organisation. You can survive in here only if you are good at the game of office politics.I survived only because of my supportive team lead.

    Advice to Management

Processess have to be implemented properly, employees should be promoted according to merit and not according to their years of experience in the organization

    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

    1) Great learning platform at the beginning of one's career 2) Many businesses of the Group are big players in their respective areas in India, helps you work with a market leader under different scenarios 3) Assured job security

    Cons

    1) Slow career progress, its a relatively relaxed place to grow old and retire peacefully, no major ups or downs 2) Very low scope for international exposure 3) High scope for improvement in intracomapny IT infra

    Advice to Management

Many people perceive working here like a govt job. Rigid hierarchies, just keep your boss happy (actual performance can be covered up), Deep politics in HR dept, job security is assured.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Indoor, 2 weeks vacation a year, medical, dental and vision benefits. That's about it for pros.

    Cons

poorly trained supervisors, abusive customers, stressful work environment and will switch your departments at will with little notice. you stare at a computer all day with minimal break time and they change their policies, procedures and expectations at least once a month.

    Advice to Management

You need to train your supervisors better. Many times I got coaching or advice from one supervisor and then later got in trouble from another supervisor for following said advice, they should all be on the same page.
