Pros
Group Value, Internal Process (Finance and Payroll), Nice Co workers, Flexi working hours, Your salary never get delayed, Once upon a time it was very good
Cons
Hire and Fire attitude. No respect to anyone irrespective of doing good or bad. Only collegues and immediate manager can give some good words for your issues but no one has any authority at middle level. NO transperancy in anything. HR is useless. Rogue attitude.
Advice to Senior Management
Mr Deepak Patel better quite and go. You are playing or experimenting your own theory with the life of 20K employees. Honest person doesnt meant for telling we are doing bad and I may through you out any day. Honest person should say I am trying these things to improve if that didn't work then I may leave my position. Company has theory saying people leave managers not the company but you know we are still getting invitation from people who left the company. they actually left the company not the manager.
Pros
It seems advancement is within everyone's reach, and everyone is really friendly. There are many resources available at your disposal to complete your day to day work, and there is always someone rooting for you to succeed.
Cons
Trying to get an answer from the top is difficult, but your immediate superiors will work their tails off to get it for you. Breaks, while, offered, are useless if you're a smoker, since it takes 85% of your time to navigat through the highly secured building. The pay rate is poor, especially considering impact we have on the company's image.
Advice to Senior Management
Since the building is functional from 7am-far past midnight, it would be nice to have communication with upper management readily available for the staff that works beyond 5pm.
Pros
- good place to work
Cons
- cheap package, good for nothing
- loyaliy discouraged
Advice to Senior Management
They should start posting some good package to the experienced.
Pros
Floor is good
They have got a best processes to name outside
Lot of talented workers
Cons
Management sucks
They do not respect employees
Too much Politics
No compensation and hike
No salary hike
Advice to Senior Management
Please be transparent to workers.
Pros
nice people, just probably excited to have a job.
Cons
training is late at night 12:30am???? schedule changes every two weeks, you have to "bid" and its really not customer service its sales w a quota of no commission for you.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop being cheap. pay people what they are worth. give everyone permanent schedules...consider that folks do have lives!!!
Pros
A great place to test your abilities in time management under very high demands. Team Leaders bear a substantial set of responsibilites from technical skills in the various disciplines, to typical group administration like payroll and HR references, to people management. Expectations of performance are very high, and the highest levels of management on site have substantial knowledge.
Cons
Compensation at the Team Leader level is very close to that of hourly employees, often exceeding salary pay with bonuses. Written policies do not approach the realities of the Production Floor conduct for hourly employees, meaning that providing leadership in appropriate conduct is risky, with little official support.
Advice to Senior Management
Allow for Compensation commensurate to local and U.S. norms to retain quality workers. Remove the disparity between levels of leadership.
Pros
oppurtunities to grow is good
Cons
Compensation is not that great
Advice to Senior Management
have the balance in compensations
Pros
- a paycheck
- the co workers
Cons
- total disrespect on daily basis
- agents having to look over their should being micromanaged like they are in grade 2
Advice to Senior Management
- treat your agents like you would want to be treated - with respect and dignity
Pros
For the most part co-workers are nice. The office in Farmington Hills is also nice, well maintained and easily accessible from most parts of metro Detroit.
Cons
Does not reward high achievers, no raises since 2008, health benefits are terrible, upper management and company leaders do not care about their employees, mass lay-offs and cutbacks even though the company has never been more profitable.
Advice to Senior Management
Start treating the employees with dignity and respect. Pass on some of your profits in the form of raises and better benefits if you want to keep any of your long time, loyal employees.
Pros
no micromanagement, nobody cares abt the time. U r pretty much alone.
Cons
no great benefits, senior management doesn't give a crap. You are let to fend for yourself with the client. I am sick and tired.
HR people are really really bad. They lie big time. They dont respond to your emails. Pls avoid this company guys.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep doing what you do. I am sure you are gonna lose money big time as people start to quit the company. Sooner you realize, better for u.
