Pros
The People are great. The offices are fine. Lots of social stuff. Greta to get into the industry, but because of the pay... will have to move on
Cons
Like a kindergarten class. Too much Micromanagement
Advice to Senior Management
Pay More! Less Micro-management.. Incentives and bonuses are too childlike to motivate a more mature Customer Service Rep. Better Training.
