    Hardwork low pay

    Warehouse (Current Employee) Casper, WY

ProsThe employees make this place a good place to work, but this can never a career choice.

ConsManagement does not value the experience of their employees
Management does not want to allow their employees to be responsible for the work they do.
Management expects the staff to work unfathomable hours, but does not want to hire enough staff to fill the vacancies. The management team as whole does not believe the market is changing, they view the market place in a 2007-2008 model. This is now 2013, times have changed and the management needs to change with the times.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive the staff the ability to help guide the company forward into the future. Do not be afraid to give responsibility to all of the employees not just those "deemed" worthy. The separation of staff or departments should be removed as the staff works for Wyoming Beverage, not you work for manager x so you cannot get more than x amount of dollars. You work for Manager Y and you can get pay raise after pay raise because you have a CDL.

    Inconsistent and terriblew local management

Sales Representative (Former Employee) Springville, UT

ProsWork was pretty fun. Benefits were really good.

ConsLocal management over different areas ranges from really good to incredibly horrible. Pay is inconsistent and you can find that you work with other people doing the same job with vastly different pay. Management expects you to devote your life to Pepsi even though they say they are family friendly. Management singles out people to target and eliminate in poorly managed areas.

Advice to Senior ManagementConsistency and attention to what is actually happening with your plant managers in your individual sales centers would be a good idea.

    Hard work that pays off

    Warehouse (Current Employee) Casper, WY

Prosconstant work, friendly environment, and great people to work with. The work is constant and rarely drops off, we are always working. Work Hard to play hard

ConsLack of committed people, some of the new hires just want a pay check and expect the veterans to do the job for them. Management should work to eliminate these hangers on. It is difficult to find good people who want to work for the money offered when you can get a job paying more and asking less in return for the work.

Advice to Senior ManagementMoney is not necessarily the answer to all the problems, but having a competive salary package for the warehouse workers would help retain and attract employees, being more proactive in this issue will help this problem become a thing of the past. Seeing Managers walk away when there is an issue, such as insufficent staff levels make it appear as though no one cares, this hurts morale, I know that management cares, otherwise there would not be a review process. I would like to see management more vocal with the entire staff not just a select few people who are on an approved list to receive this information. Everyone is important to success of the company, even the person who is stacking the product on the pallet to go out to market, not just the person who is responsible for the end result.
