Speed up recruitment process and getting people on board. Industry so challenging.

Excellent pay masters.And provide ample oppurtunity to balance between life and work.It makes me proud when i tell people that i work with ADNOC, one of the leading companies in the gulf.

Some times the issues become to buarcratic and the changes you recommend take ample time for implementation.

get good management team and respect rights of employees, make benefits clear

you meet lot of people and to inter act and asist the customer in any way . when the customer say thank you in a way they are satisfied with the service.

the management dont appreciate what have you done, mean the good things you contribute to the company. they will only see the bad things, and the sales manager dont know how to treat the people or the staffs working, they dont know how to talked in a proper way, always shouting. they treat us like a slave.
Advice to Senior Management
they dont take advise, if you dont like to work with them, just submit a resignation letter coz they dont care,specially the general manager, they are only thinking there salary but for the welfare of the people who's working with them , they dont care coz we are asian and they are arabic.
Pros
6 weeks vacation in the summer, 1 week in February. Pay 1/2 decent. Wake up a 6am and return to home by 4pm.
Cons
About 45 minutes to the school and is located in the desert.
