Pros

Cons
Some liitlle ones but they really exists with each company and what matters whether you get stuck up to them. Adobe India is really a good place to work and I am proud of working here
Advice to Senior Management
Management is smart enough
Pros
1. Competitive Salary and benefits, but not one of the best.
2. Good work life balance and flexible timings.
3. Friendly colleagues and managers.
4. Free lunch.
5. If you are lucky, you might get very good work.
Cons
1. Promotions and salary hikes are not that good.
2. Many a times, work gets boring.
3. Not much technical growth.
4. No profit sharing or bonuses, you only have the fixed salary.
Overall, Adobe is not a good company to work for as it was 2 years back. Think twice before joining. HR and hiring manager will promise you many things in terms of salary and work. Do not fall for that.
Advice to Senior Management
May be you guys are not aware of, but the people are really really running out of motivational factors. Morale is very very low. You removed profit sharing because of recession, that was ok. Now the recession is over, still no profit sharing. You don't deserve to boast of so much quarterly revenues and profits. If you don't care about us, we don't care about your profits.
Pros
Adobe provides a good work-life balance. The salary and benefits are at good acoording to market standard. Overall good company to work for.
Cons
It becomes difficult to get a job if you are working on Adobe proprietary tools. One should try to be updated with other evergreen technologies in market.
Advice to Senior Management
They should work towards removing internal politics and making the work environment/progress more transparent for the employees/engineers working out there.
Pros
good environment to work
doesn't have too much work pressure
will get ample time for extra curricular activities.
not much to add
Cons
Low pay. Adobe india is a low cost center and pay low compared to microsoft, google etc. They misuse the NCR factor to pay low.
Work generally is of maintenance type although there are few teams doing good work.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop looking at noida as a low cost center. pump in more money to get good guys or most will leave for other companies . NCR factor won't work very long.
Pros
1. Good work.
2. Smart people to work with and you get to learn from them.
Cons
1. Very less opportunity to grow as leader/manager ( for developers and QE)
2. Bad facilities.. A lot of cost cutting is happening tissue papers on toilet , snacks, food
3. Every year last 5 percent is sacked...yes every year...I have been watching this from last 5+ years
4. If you are not in top 15% of company, you get 6-12 % hike ....if you are in top 15% you may get
20-20% + RSU + Shipping bonus... so there is a huge difference between high performer and
normal performer, if you are not a high performer you feel like a labor working on a
construction site.
5.

Pros
Great people, highest concentration of great talent I have seen
Cons
Bangalore gets a raw deal from Noida, in terms of opportunities, recognition and facilities. We are distantly poor cousins to the blessed ones at Noida.
