    Pros

Facilities are really nice - work with top notch people - pay is good or better than average - free parking - cafeteria with discounted food - schedule is usually negotiable - often allowed to telecommute

    Cons

Like any hi tech company the politics can sometimes be rough - Often there are RIFs - Management often seems out of touch

    Advice to Management

Hold on to your people their your greatest asset. Spend less time worrying about the quarter and more time looking with a long view out 3 years. Senior management makes too much money compared to employees

    Pros

Great people, very generous vacation and time off uncluding sabbaticals every 5 years

    Cons

Harsh layoffs happen regularly, often feel real decisions are made in CA, not much job growth opportunities in Seattle

    Advice to Management

Stop yearly layoffs and when needed provide some rational for how decisions get made.

    I worked at Adobe

    Pros

Good company, benefits, people. The compensation was appropriate, and bonuses good.

    Cons

My position was as a remote worker, and after 6 months I found that the lack of face-to-face contact with people (most of my interactions were via web meetings, email, and conference calls) was not for me. I resigned at the end of February 2015 in order to find more appropriate work for me in the Chicago area.

    Pros

I honestly believe that most people here really do enjoy working at Adobe. I definitely do. In general, I feel that Adobe does walk the talk with respect to creating and maintaining a corporation culture that includes innovation, work life balance, hiring the right candidate, etc.

    Cons

Adobe a conservative company in that it focuses on it's core competency and doesn't really innovate beyond it.

    Advice to Management

Adobe has done well to build it's brand, identity, and core competency. I would like to see Adobe try to innovate beyond it's core competency.

    Pros

Good benefit package. Great bonus opportunities. Advancement is another matter, as it seems the team is more important than the person.

    Cons

Hard to advance in a regular basis. Peer reviews take some time to get recorded, which is a huge paun

    Advice to Management

Put more interest in the history of performance than the team as a whole Which is hard to achieve as some positions have similar job descriptions

    Pros

Amazing brand, amazing teams, amazing network of creatives. There is a lot of positive about the company. The physical locations of offices are really nice too.

    Cons

It's hard to know what work to expect when there isn't much of a foundation for process. They will request things without a creative brief or really any idea of what they actually need. It feels like a lot of decisions come from a knee-jerk reaction, rather than an actual commitment to planning.
