    Pros

You get to work for a renowned architect, Adrian Smith.

    Cons

This place has an inexplicable management organization. Extraordinarily inexperienced persons who are typically just designers who followed Adrian Smith from SOM are put in positions of personnel and resource management for which they are utterly and completely ill-equipped.

"Personal life" is not in the lexicon of this company. If you don't spend 12 hours a day in the office, you're a slacker. It's ridiculous and insulting. And of course they operate on the corporate architecture hire 200/fire 200 persons at a time model.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Reorganize from the ground, up.

    Pros

At the time great project were happening in the office.

    Cons

horrible management of employees required to work 70+ hours a week with little or no appreciation. Company would hire new people and three days later lay off other because they couldn't support the work. (Why hire any more at all?)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

rethink of the values of your firm. a good group of employees can make a project even better.
