I have been working at Advance Auto Parts full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Really good leadership team, fair pay with a good work/life balance. With the acquisition of GPI, AAP became the largest aftermarket automotive parts retailer in North America. The sky really is the limit for this company.

    Cons

Unfortunately the Minnesota office is closing and getting relocated to Raleigh, NC. While relocation packages are more than fair, it's a tough decision to pick up and move your family to keep a position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stability. Five years ago Minneapolis office was created and now shut down. Jobs were moved from VA to MN and are now going to CA or NC.
