    Great company and great people!

    ProsManagement's open door policy is very good.
    They have a lot of activities to build company morale and unity.
    Communication between management and staff is great!
    Great health benefits!

    Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to have the open door policy and the communication with your departments. You have a lot of meeting but it is necessary to keep everyone in the loop. You need to make the pay more competitive and above minimum wage especially for those who have a college degree.

    Good but chaotic

    ProsWonderful group of diverse people, laid back dress code, overall nice people in the office to work with

    Cons-management is free to do whatever no oversight between departments
    -no procedures make it up as you go
    -no consequences when field employees break rules

    Advice to Senior ManagementManage, get rules and stick to them YOU run the company not employees and not even clients

    ConsDisorganized management, always turning management staff approximately every 3-6months over 3 year period.

    Friendly people in office and always very helpful and supportive
    Great coworkers
    nice patients
    flexibility
    you are paid extra if you do over your suggested productivity

    ConsYou are paid salary..so some days you may see 5 and other days 8-9..and it's expected to all even out (the good you get paid the same..the bad when it's busy you have a long day..and they don't understand how far you have to drive between patients....my average is 6 a day)
    interdisciplinary communication is not as strong as other companies I have worked for
    Told I would have one area and ended up with another
    You don't automatically get holidays off so make sure you ask for them

    Advice to Senior Managementplease understand that I can't see 8 patients in a day if there is 2 hours of driving total to see them all!
    Overall I really like working there.
