Plenty of challenging work in a small company. Some middle management people are fair and nice.

Cons

High stress environment. with Top Executive appears to dislike and talk down to non-executive employees. Poor opportunities for management positions or promotion for African American employees.

Advice to Senior Management

Get rid of big egos and respect all the people who make the company tick. It takes only a little effort to make employees feel they are liked and appreciated.
