Pros
Car priveleges, Consecutive days off, Understanding employer
Cons
Processes can move slowly at times, many approvers for projects.
Pros
Good salary, and free to and from work car and gas.
Cons
Long hours, lack of help from supervisor when necessary, lack of control yet expectations to perform off same criteria. Very difficult customers, very draining, sales associates paid very little for what they do so high turnover.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay sales agents more, offer true sense of managers performance and use incentives to pay based on results.

Laid back atmosphere. Cool coworkers. Commission is what you make it.

Management isn't good. Work hours suck

It was relatively easy work, lots of data entry and running reports. People were pretty decent there.

Not fulfilling on a professional level. The office was very packed and could be very noisy at times.
Advice to Senior Management
Move beyond just trying to sell cars and make something in the business stand out. Maybe since Hertz took over things changed but previously there was not a lot of brand identity and customer loyalty was not high.
