    Freedom to manage as you needed to, in order to get results.

    Cons

    The decisions made by upper management costed many locations to be closed.

    Advice to Management

    Pay just as much attention to detail in managing the return process as you do the frontline sales process.

    Good commissions, open 24 hours flexible schedule to those that could sell.

    Long days and the long lines with customer never ends

    Pros

    The pay is decent, far above minimum wage. You have the opportunity to make bonus each month based on the amount of coverage you sell.

    Cons

    You have the opportunity to make commission based on the amount of coverage you sell each month, however, their system is corrupt. You may not sell coverage to each customer, therefore the amount of customers you help in one day effects your "yield" or your opportunity to make bonus. Because the other employees have figured out how to manipulate this system they speak slowly and essentially draw out the customer's experience to a ridiculous point so they are helping as little as 8-10 customers a day. The management and "higher ups" see nothing wrong with this behavior as it is helping their statistics. Employees also use scare tactics to ensure customers purchase additional coverage i.e. "if the vehicle is damaged in any way you are 100% financially responsible and your insurance probably does not cover rental vehicles." It may not be this way everywhere. I had the opportunity to work in multiple locations and I found the same behavior in each separate location. Management does not care about the well-being of employees, just the statistics and the sales.

    Pros

    I still believe in the senior management of Advantage. They are the reason why the company is still in existence and should be given latitude to finish the turnaround.

    Cons

    Raises have happened occasionally but not for all of us. Since the size of the company is so small, health care costs are very high.

    Advice to Management

    To keep morale up, find a way to give something to all employees. They're working as hard as you are and would appreciate your appreciation.

    Pros

    flexible scheduale meeting different people airport Company had great goals and great cars great atmoshpere and very busy and great work environment.

    Cons

    since i was doing so good in sales they increase my commission yield where i could not get to much commission. bad management structure. Upper management were awful and cause the company to file bankruptcy.

    you should check managers or employees doing drugs. Big drug environment

    Pros

    Interacting with different ethnicities daily were exciting, The employees are cool once you get familiar with how things flow on a daily

    Cons

    On your feet the whole time, it gets rough when you have to charge customers, then you have to deal with the unhappiness and rudeness. So many changes, you have to confirm on a daily whats going on !

    Advice to Management

    They dont the best that they can, understaffed but management really tries to help instead of just throwing you under the bus like others. Once they get an all on board crew, they can advance to the top.
