    - Delays on communication.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

People middle management and below are pretty nice. Most are good at what they do.

    Cons

Zero passion or culture. Lower than average salary. Carrot or the stick management mentality. Old company rules. CEO "managed" the east coast company from his home in San Francisco and was a bozo. He's gone now though.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn from the companies you acquire rather than taking them over for profit gain alone. Most companies are better than AR could dream to be.

    I worked at Advantage Resourcing

    Pros

Most of the accolades will be from new people in the field who don't realize that they are being taken advantage of.

    Cons

It's a run of the mill body shop. No one understands the talent that they hire, once placed you're forgotten about. Even when you're contacted by a recruiter, they are either unable to answer simple questions about the job or just never respond to emails or phone calls. Unprofessional is putting it very lightly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to recognize and appreciate talent. Stop treating consultants as disposable, replaceable, low quality parts.

I worked at Advantage Resourcing as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Payment was swift and on time.

    Cons

Promotions were nonexistent; The company would fire someone before they could get hired on to the company that they found employees for. The supervisors would refuse to do anything to rectify any issues an employee had outside of pay issues. A fellow employee was told to "suck it up" by a superior when their arm was in an incredible amount of pain.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire new management. The two people currently employed that I had to deal with are both extremely unprofessional and do not in any way fit as human resources.
