    Access to upper management, nice co-workers, room for advancement, fun office

    Cons

    Each LDA is given the same salary regardless of where they're located, which doesn't make much sense to me

    Continue to stay accessible. You seem to be very passionate about the company so keep that up as well, it's inspiring.

    Pros

    The executive management team is interested in growing the company by growing the skills of the employees and giving them plenty of opportunities to succeed. The teams are innnovative and knowledgable and more than willing to nuture new employees.

    Cons

    The work environment is fast-paced with a heavy work load so any potential employees should be know they can handle that. Because of the size of the company, potential employees should be able to reach out to other team members from other offices at any given time without hesitation.

    Pros

    ASM is a large company that motivates you to continuously learn and better develop yourself. They give you the resources and the encouragement to explore all the areas of the business. Upper management is truly willing to listen if you have any ideas, feedback, or concerns. It is great to know that your company will support you!

    Cons

    Although salaries aren't great, many employees are willing to accept a lower salary to work with WONDERFUL people in a great environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    It would be great if upper management had more face-time in the offices. Although it is a HUGE company with offices around the country, in person visits do make employees feel more connected!

    lack of vertical accountability - you are your own boss and are left alone to do the job your way

    Cons

    young, inexperienced management - outdated ways of working - reliance on one BIG client - constant fear of RIF - random promotion of average employees when times get tough to keep people despite talent level

    hire adults, make the show up and teach those with less experience... your clients see it, too
