    Pros

adjustable self made schedule, company is good about time off, most people you work with in your stores are pleasant and helpful.

    Cons

putting miles on your car, pay is not great, the job is changing from being a merchandiser to a salesman, company is taking on more clients but not giving reps more time to work calls

    Advice to Management

do better about hiring from within and create more routes giving reps less stores and more hours in current stores

    Pros

    Pays you ten to start.

    Cons

Keeps you at ten an hour. Not a lot of hours a week. Not a good environment to grew in.

    Advice to Management

Give raises. Give promotions to those who have worked longer with company than those who just start. For God's sake hour full time c don't be cheap. I know this company has money. Stop letting the big wigs horde all the money at the top.

    Pros

There are no pros for this company!!

    Cons

Management has no care for the staff that they hire, they offer zero support, or guidance. I met my manager once, and I traveled 75% of the time. This left me with very little personal time of my own. This is not very good or effective way to handle a business or a team. The acronym for their businesses ASM, my advice you would be steer clear if you are looking for a job.

    Advice to Management

    Support your employees!!

    Pros

Employees work hard and want to make a difference.

    Cons

Executive leaders are disconnected with the day-to-day and focused purely on the almighty dollar in their own pockets. Each have their own direction for their division, no cohesion as a group and very limited communication to their employees.

No work life balance. Not enough employees or hours in the day to get everything done. You are expected to respond to all communications within 12 hours, less is preferred, regardless of where you are.

    Advice to Management

Develop employees from the bottom up. Spend money on training and development of employees to engage them for the future.

    Pros

You make your own schedule for the most part. You're told a time frame that you need to be in the store and the stores you must go to but that's it. You determine when and where you go for the day.
    Decent pay.
You're always given an opportunity to move up in the company. Even if you wanna make a move to do so!
    Awesome, caring management.
Even the higher ups are down to earth and fun to be around!
You are given a once a year meeting that gives you chance to mingle with everyone you work for. It's an awesome bonding experience.

    Cons

Some territories have ALOT of driving.
The cent per mile could be better.

    Advice to Management

Take a harder look at what you're paying for gas milage. There's no way that wear and tear is included in the cent per mile.
Gas is almost $3.00 in my area and I only receive .35 per mile.

    Pros

    Flexible schedule; interesting work handling different products; opportunity to meet associates in various stores;

    Cons

    Hourly rate on the low side; many store visits are relatively brief (around 1 hour) so unless you are in an area with many projects available, the travel time and gas etc may effectively eat up the compensation;

    Advice to Management

project budgets should allow for two-hour minimums when visits are brief and infrequent, otherwise it may be a losing proposition

    Pros

Independent, not stuck in an office all day. Variety, no boring repetitive tasks.

    Cons

Milage and travel time pay does not cover the cost of fuel let alone wear and tear on your personal vehicle. Admin time pay does not cover the cost of office supplies, use of your personal electronics i.e. smart phone, tablet, laptop nor does it cover cellular data service or internet service. ASM is making a killing by shifting these overhead costs to employees without appropriate compensation.

    Advice to Management

Fairly compensate employees for the above listed operating costs. You will find your retention rates will improve, which will reduce the cost of man hours spent searching for new employees, interviews, new hire processing and training.
