    Pros

    Working remotely. Freedom of your work schedule even though working 24/7

    Cons

    Over worked and under paid. No support.

    Advice to Management

    10 hours a day 7 days a week is way too much.

    Pros

    It was really easy work and good pay for the job. I had a lot of fun and learned alot. I worked with all different people.

    Cons

    I only was able to work part time which sucked. I didnt get an opportunity to pick up more hours.

    Advice to Management

    I would recommend giving your employees more options to increase their hours. We cant survive off of 20 hours this week and 15 the next.

    Great company support.
     If you are self motivated you will do Well in this position.
    Self Starters required!

    Non competitive mileage compensation does not match competitor compensation
    Co is not competitive in this area of compensation for personal car .

    Advice to Management

    Be attentive to mileage compensation Listen to fields sales for suggestion s for competitive responses to sales threats. Big box store lack of sales personnel has and had effect on dept sales

    Love the people I work with
    Flexible with schedule and time off

    Poor management
    No room for growth
    Horrible pay for work being done
    understaffed

    Advice to Management

    Help your employees grow! Stop hiring from the outside, and promote from within. Recognize that every other broker in the area is paying AT LEAST $3/hr more than Advantage for the same work.

    Pros

    Independent, not stuck in an office all day. Variety, no boring repetitive tasks.

    Cons

    Milage and travel time pay does not cover the cost of fuel let alone wear and tear on your personal vehicle. Admin time pay does not cover the cost of office supplies, use of your personal electronics i.e. smart phone, tablet, laptop nor does it cover cellular data service or internet service. ASM is making a killing by shifting these overhead costs to employees without appropriate compensation.

    Advice to Management

    Fairly compensate employees for the above listed operating costs. You will find your retention rates will improve, which will reduce the cost of man hours spent searching for new employees, interviews, new hire processing and training.

    Pros

    Great fast-track program for recent graduates.
    Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Years' Eve are paid holidays for full-time employees.
    Fast-paced, challenging environment.

    Cons

    Glass ceiling.
    Tendency to overwork employees rather than hire for new positions. Field merchandisers, supervisors and regional managers are particularly overworked and held to grossly unrealistic expectations.

    Pros

    Great Boss, and great people to work with.

    Cons

    Get laid off for long periods of time, sometimes you only work 3 hours a day but promised 8. Sometimes your pay doesn't come in on time. If I didn't love the work I wouldn't of stayed as long.
