    Pros

improving vision of company future. excellent opportunity for advancement

    Cons

training and development is non-existent for current employees. Salary is very low for industry, 25-40% less.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at Advantage Sales and Marketing part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Real simple to run events and you get to meet a lot of people. They offer all the training you need to make sure that any event you run you can run it with confidence.

    Cons

Sometimes it's really hard to get any hours. You could have three days one week and the next week only have one day. It's very inconsistent, at least where I'm at.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the time to make sure all of your employees are getting fair hours.
