    Good experience

    ProsWeekly pay! No waiting around!
    Employee only benefits were good. A little too pricey to add the kids.

    ConsNever really heard from them, and maybe that is not really a con?
    Did not get any assistance from them when they knew this contract was going to end. Bench time would have been great since I made them money.

    Advice to Senior ManagementBench time for folks that worked for you over a year, and check in with us once in a while.

    Prosno micro management due to management not knowing anything about recruiting. Great comp plans but they take it away and put it back when ever they want. very flexible work life balance. Very unique comp plan when put in place.

    Consthey look at you as number and not as individual. recruiters are looked at as $$$, how much can you make for me and why cant you make more. NO career growth if you join you have to join for the same reason they hired for, make me money and I will give you back as little as possible.

    Advice to Senior Managementmake sure management can add value, listen to your employees with out them you will not succeed. Dont make false promises as you will lose credibility and respect. Offer career path and growth and it would be good to have a yearly review with your team members. If you have noticed yet you have no team anymore due to the lack of management and credibility.

    No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    ProsThe pay and that's it

    ConsWill not tell you the REAL reason you were let go from your job. They told me my assignment had ended and yet the 3 other temps I was working with were still there. Their assignment didn't end. Nobody would ever tell me the REAL reason they let me go, but I feel it had to do with something one of the other temps said to them. Not fair to hear MY side of the story. Very dishonest people. STAY AWAY!!!!

    No prescence of upper management,fend for yourselves,no room for advancement

    Not all it's cracked up to be...

    ProsMostly "hands off" approach from my direct manager and good health benefits.

    ConsPromised a bonus plan would be rolling out within 30 days when I started....6 months ago...still not seen or heard a thing.

    Management is more concerned with meeting numbers than being ethical and willing to take whatever risk is neccessary to get the numbers. Asks employees to give inflated or incorrect numbers to clients so it looks like all is going well.

    Advice to Senior ManagementCOMMUNICATE! Keeping folks in the dark will work for a while...but the troops will get restless.
