Pays less than average for similar positions elsewhere. Doesn't take into account previous education and experience to compute pay

Advice to Senior Management

I think the management is great

Pros

The company and it's values are great! I loved the people I worked with! I honestly think the people you hire are what make a company thrive. The PTO and benefits were very rich and competitive. The executive team is VERY nice and very fun to be with! They did quarterly employee meetings that meant a lot, I think it was very good to have all employees together (from the branches and HQ) to interact.

Cons

I think the pay for lower end to mid level jobs is on the low side, but I think you can always go into a interview and then when the time comes that salary is brought up you can negotiate that area.

Advice to Senior Management

I think it would be a good idea to run more salary surveys to be competitive with your pricing and making sure employees have their reviews ON TIME and that they are satisfied.
