    Pros

Great place to work. Flexible and a lot of room to grow. Promotes within.

    Cons

A lot of turn over and not very flexible with schooling.

    Advice to Management

Provide more room for growth, be more flexible with school and ask how your employees are doing more and what they want.

    Pros

Management is supportive & coworkers are great to work with. Great new hire training class. The little things there make employees feel valued - cake on your birthday, gift card on your anniversary, lunch when the company goes through a stressful system upgrade or celebrates a success, low cost health insurance

    Cons

Pay is below market, Daily system issues with the programs needed to complete work, long hold times for the call center which sometimes create upset members and stressed out employees

    Pros

A few great people, very few great employees are left.

    Cons

Advanist is in a time of change, they need to make management changes, system changes and no one is communicating from one department to another. Once they get through this transition and through all the staff that are leaving they should be able to set some goals and get started in the right direction.

    Advice to Management

Communicate and take care of your staff!

    Pros

Good service, great flexible for hours.

    Cons

Not so great pay and no monthly sales incentive.

    Advice to Management

Every great company starts with great employees, make employees top priority.

  6. Not what is expected at a Credit Union, much more like the big banks!

    Pros

Members like the products and interest rates are good.

    Cons

Do not value employees, management is not team oriented. Trying to be like the big banks, more interested in growth and sales than customer service. Lots of turnover, training is a joke.

    Advice to Management

Slow the growth and go back to the member focus.

  7. Great place to work, not as great salary as I expected.

    Pros

Great management, not a stressful job.

    Cons

Pays less than average for similar positions elsewhere. Doesn't take into account previous education and experience to compute pay

    Advice to Management

I think the management is great

    Pros

The company and it's values are great! I loved the people I worked with! I honestly think the people you hire are what make a company thrive. The PTO and benefits were very rich and competitive. The executive team is VERY nice and very fun to be with! They did quarterly employee meetings that meant a lot, I think it was very good to have all employees together (from the branches and HQ) to interact.

    Cons

I think the pay for lower end to mid level jobs is on the low side, but I think you can always go into a interview and then when the time comes that salary is brought up you can negotiate that area.

    Advice to Management

I think it would be a good idea to run more salary surveys to be competitive with your pricing and making sure employees have their reviews ON TIME and that they are satisfied.
