Pros

Passable benefits, although not for a healthcare company. Enjoyable atmosphere in terms of mix of people (doctors, nurses, maintenance, all working together). Some good supervisors at the lower levels.

Cons

Lack of accountability of poor employees, higher management shortsighted in proper improvements to processes. Lack of infrastructure for replacement of office equipment (computers, etc.). Unacceptably low budgets lead to understaffing in dependable individuals (too many part-time, no draw for quality workers.

Advice to Senior Management

Take care of your excellent employees and hold the worst accountable. Invest in support of supplies and equipment for staff, and quit cutting jobs that can manage the infrastrucure of the clerical patient care process.
