Pros
Adventity is a growing company and is very aggressive at that. The work environment is fair and smart work really pays off at this place. Has various departments in-house and hence career changes can be done within the Adventity umbrella. Since most of the projects are outsourcing assignments Adventity offers opportunities to travel abroad and perks during this stay are good.
Adventity has developed a strong knowledge database which can be leveraged at crunch times. Since the recruiting process is rigorous and merit based people are fairly smart and are largely helpful. The pay is on par within the Indian Context.
Cons
The company will do anything and everything to earn the monies. Doesn't necessarily do interesting work and doesn't intend to be one of the premium employers targeting premium jobs. One will be deployed on multiple projects at a time and work is fairly unstructured, which might be frustrating at times.
Some of the work is run-on-the-mill based jobs and as such uninspiring. People at times look forward to dump most of their workload on other and one has to be watchful in to not fall into this trap. Adventity doesn't earn huge points in professional people management.
Very difficult to say that this a workplace of choice.
Advice to Senior Management
It is another good outsourcing shop based out of India. No clear differentiation.
