    Pros

    Better office space than average

    Cons

    Incompetent management
    No benefits
    Bad salary that wasn't negotiable
    sweatshop labor
    No feedback on performance
The IT manager doesn't give much feedback-until he decides he wants to fire you. There was "no warning", no communication of expectations, nothing. They get interns from Korea probably to operate on the cheap and don't have an HR department to speak of. This is a small family-run company that you'd avoid if you want a clear career track.

    Advice to Management

    close shop
