Advice to Senior Management
Management was like a bunch of clucking hens. Please keep your gossip off the floor! Please interview people so you have quality employees and way less turn over.
Pros
Most co-workers were relaxed and fun to be around. Third shift is actually the most fun shift to work because everyone can do their job in a relaxed environment which in turn made for quicker phone calls and happier customers.
Cons
Some of the appointed supervisors were not qualified. It would be more efficient if the company would promote within the department to reduce the time needed to train new supervisors who were not familiar with the tasks at hand. Also, it would boost the morale of employees to be able to ask for help from a supervisor who they trust and know is competent.
Advice to Senior Management
If the company would improve their benefits package, they could keep more employees. Most employees leave because there is nothing there for them besides a biweekly paycheck. Competitors easily persuade employees to switch companies based on salary and benefits.
Pros
Aegis gives you an opportunity to advance to higher heights in your career and provides you with the tools to achieve optimal success.
Cons
If you are not careful you could fall into the mundane routine of coming to work doing your job solstice and never seek to advance.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue in the direction that you all are headed. I believe we are on the right track and in time the fruits of your labors will prove so.
Pros
Everyone gets a chance to be hired
Cons
Downsizement and also some of the personalities in the associates

Pros
I really liked my supervisor and the pay is good for this area. The job is a little stressfull but better than flipping burgers or working in the cold.
Cons
The building is run down and I wish the insurance was better. Not all the supervisors were nice and it gets cold in there.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to your employees
Pros
my time at aegis was cool. i admit i pushed the envelope at times, but hey who doesn't...lol. anyway management was very supportive when i was training as a c.n.a. which i appreciated. i think that advancement is posssible if the individual is sure that it's the career they want. strategically great for a 2nd career if offsetting is the goal.
Cons
u have to be careful on the phones. can be very technical when screening sales. which is the downside to achieving commission.
Pros
They give you a gas card that cuts the cost per gallon, and the gym on site.
Cons
They expect you to be inhuman, they dont tell you all the truth, and they are content in treating certain people better than others.
Advice to Senior Management
Understand that most have families at home, take into considerations that some of these people do have life threating issues with family memebers, and dont fire someone who missed work due to being in the hospital or having a very sick child. Show compassion.
