    India centric culture with no focus on innovation and process management which is important for success in the BPO industry; largely a contact center organization

    If you looking for call center experience, thats the only pro.

    Cons

    Pay is not equal to the work you are doing when working with insurance policies. The complay is paid double your pay just for you coming to work. I was working in the summer time and there was not air conditioner in the main call center area. I was the second great seller on the floor and management pushed and pushed for more.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I talked to management about my supervision and she did not have any thing to say. My supervision enforced rules but did not follow them hisself. Management really just looked for their dummies to run their projects because the rules changed everyday about what to say to the people. I was lead in my training room, helped all that needed b/c my trainer had a bad attitude but I could not move up.

    I liked a lot of the people I worked with, most have moved on to real jobs.

    Cons

    Revolving door employment, and favoritism for some, lots of labor laws broken. Sweat shop type call center, noisey, dirty. So many better places to work for more money.

    Hiring process is very easy, take a test and drug test if u pass ur in...very easy test 10thgrade level,

    pay is low, campagians change fairly often, kinda ghetto, a college club environment
