Not a good place for career growth. You have to work too much, need a very good luck & relations with seniors for a single promotion. It did not give you a stable career due to Zero Tolerance Policy & other policies of company.

Very good people to work with in a generally good working atmosphere. Huge variety of clients that are worked on here.

50 hour weeks make it hard to stay motivated at all times. the work life balance needs to be addressed urgently.

Pay more attaention to the hours and effort that is being put in. It seems as if the stressess of those at the 'front line' are often not seen or ignored by the powers that be.

The rehab team was the best team I have ever worked with. There were always opportunities to continue education with continuing education classes and further college degrees. The benefits were very good with Aegis matching a portion of the amount that employees put in their 401k. Our work schedule was flexible which helped maintain the work/life balance. If you were asked to help out at other facilities, you would received mileage reimbursement from your facility to the next facility.

Cons

Sometimes we needed to help other facilities with their caseload, which wasn't a problem, but we did not get reimbursed for mileage if we did not start at our home facility and this was a problem if the facililty was further away than my home facility.

Continue to work closely with your staff and let them know that you are there for them any time.
