    Not a one. Have to type something here.

    Cons

    Terrible insurance comp package. Upper management calls lower management and threatens them about productivity on a weekly basis. Does not care about employees, only billable time. If employees do not have enough patients to cover their time they are sent home with no pay. If you are expecting a full time job but they don't have enough billable time you are expected to go home with no pay. Maybe you will get paid for 25 hours a week but suppose to be 40. They don't care. Constantly threaten staff about unrealistic productivity. Don't work with aegis you will regret it.

    Your productivity standards are completely unrealistic. Try to give a bleep about your employees. Stop worshiping the all mighty dollar

    Horrible working conditions, no compensation, mandatory overtime all the time

    Easy to get a job and they invest a ton of money on your training and licensing.

    Very disorganized management and extremely poor IT support.

    if someone does not know how company is from inside. it is good to say I work with this company.

    I request you to try to satisfy your employee. as I do not see any step taken for employees in last 4 years. I only thing heard about company is its going down .. nothing else. even after I can see that each and every location gives profit. I do not know where these profit go.

    I worked at Aegis full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    I have no time off for the last 5.5 years however I grows in this company from sales person into costumer management and complaint resolutions. The personal growth and friendships are really great because they are multi cultural and relax and promotions and personal reviews are conducted fairly each year.

    Cons

    Training are done on each day basis and benefits are given such as lunches and vouchers and also Kudos.
    It is a vibrant atmosphere.

    Some politics are happening in the back ground and only few people climbed the ladder and within cliques. So this is hindering the chances to go higher to management.
