    terrible middle managers

    Prosstaff are able to flex schedule, always looking to hire because of high turnover, expected pct increased every year, lots of locations, owns most buildings

    Conspoor middle managers, high turnover, expectations increased every year, frozen pay, only cares about bottom line, middle manager has no oversight,

    Advice to Senior Managementallow facility level decisions
