Pros

This company offers good benifits. 18 vacations days, 10 sick days, company matched 401k, medical, vision health and dental insurance plus company paid for life insurance, although I dont know how much it is for. The company has a good business model that has made them recognized in the Aerospace industry. The company in its current form is at a very young age but many of the management is very knowledgable and has been in the Aerospace industry for many years. Most of the management are nice and will work with you. Even in this poor economy they seem to be doing ok.

Cons

They pay people without degrees more than people who have obtained a BS from a University. It is a very formal working environment and they tend to comply to strict UK bussiness conditions and standards. It is formal business dress, no IPods or music devices, no casual fridays and the office environment is like a bullpen where everything is open and there are no wall, even between management. It looks like a call center and to my understanding that is the UK way of setting things up. The office is kept very quite and a casual conversation is looked down upon.

Advice to Senior Management

If you are a global company you need to adhere to local customes and ethics not enforce their own.
