    Good little company

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsIt's a good little company to work for. Under 100 employees. Very rewarding if you like working with the military. They promote from within and do the little extras to boost employee morale.

ConsWhile they promote from within, it is usually hard to do so. It is a top-heavy company that tends to play favorites with the employees that they promote. They have almost exclusively military contracts which can be troublesome during government cutbacks.

Advice to Senior ManagementBranch out when looking for new contracts. Try to working on civilian contracts. Try working on different types of aircrafts. Be more innovative.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
