    Pros

    You make a lot of connections and are involved in everything for the region you are taking over. Learn how to interact with corporate accounts as well as plan a marketing strategy for the area. You become diverse in a array of different categories

    Cons

    Pay isn't good at all for the amount of work you put int, The benefits are okay, you work an extensive amount of hours a day, Lack of organization. Employees are not given the tools necessary to for the task at hand, and also an impressive lack of personnel

    Pros

    Colleagues were really great in which we built a family bond.

    Cons

    The ability to move up in this company is poor! Working with low pay and as well unable to get a raise due to the companies financial situation. We employees were expecting to get a raise yearly in which it took 3 years to get a 2% raise since the company fail to comply with the federal minimum wage. Management tend to look after themselves, never really care about customers, the benefits are really poor, and as well flight benefits. Never got a Christmas bonus or even got some form of compensation for meeting the companies goals. Constantly employees complain about not getting a raise in years, if you get promoted the compensation is minimal, and some employees with titles tend to have ego problems.

    Take care of your front line employees since they are running the show not management

    You get a positive vacation passes a year

    Cons

    you get 12 other passes but you cannot really never fly because if of the block-out dates
