Great environment, the management is small but very knowledgeable. General manager offers a great deal of business strategies to develop your learning. If you like the Industry this really is like a school for you. This is a small office so every employee is a part of the family.

Cons

Very small company -- Not very competitive salary or benefits, small space in the office. Only apply here if you speak spanish.

Advice to Senior Management

Divide the projects better through the employees and make sure you understand the amount of work you are giving to each one of them to avoid misunderstandings.
