Employees are treated more as an expense then an asset. Philosophy towards employees seems to be "ride the horse until it drops, then get another horse".
In many cases, the health benefits for employees are less than those of Aetna clients. You would think there would be some advantage for working at Aetna. Even retail companies give employee discounts.Advice to Senior Management
Don't balance the corporate budget on the backs of employees.
