    Pros

Provides good exposure to the BPO outsourcing industry. The organization processes is driven by deliverables; thus bureaucracy is virtually non-existent.

Management can be vicious and will readily sacrifice you...in the name of making a buck from potential clients Parts of the business are very shady.

    Advice to Management

Arrest heavy handedness within the organization

    Pros

some managers use good management skills

    Cons

Some managers may have gotten their training from former employers and this has helped them to be good at their job. Some managers are just not professional. All employees do not respond well to negative reinforcement, scare tactics, and everything else negative which results in low morale.

    Pros

-They allow overtime and once you are out of training you can make a lot of money. -Getting bonuses are easy, all you have to do is upsell. -After being employed with the company for 6 months or a year (one of the two) you can transfer to any ACS world wide, as long as a position is open.

    Cons

-It is an unorganized company to work for. If you are looking for structure and routine, this is not the job for you. -Only 30 minute lunches. -Training pay could be higher than $9 to $9.50/hr

    Advice to Management

    None.

    Pros

When available overtime for extra hours were paid some pretty good money if you made $10 an hour sometimes they would ask you to work pass your shift for an additional $5 an hour giving you $15 dollars an hour plus the time and a half.

    Cons

Its a call center although they say you can make up to $17-20 an hour you can make as little as $7 an hour if you get a no from a customer that does'nt think you helped them enough, for instance I once was given a no I did'nt help the customer when he was interviewed we played the tape back and I had'nt talk to him I had talked to his wife, however my Supervisor did not got to bat for me to rectify the situation, Every no you get from a customer brings down your pay scale on a point system, they also expect you to sell something because its a Sprint Call Center, where you get a lot of irate customers about their bill.

    Advice to Management

Revamp your commission structure to be fair to your sales people, and incent them do their best by sharing the wealth, start hiring quality supervisors.
