I worked at Affiliated Construction Services (ACS) full-time

    Pros

Interesting project based work, Great company culture, Opportunity to work with a wide variety of multi-national companies, Employees are some of the best at what they do.

    Cons

They have now had three rounds of work force reductions in under a year. Travel opportunities often come up with little to no warning. In general, employees tend to either burn out or leave and find a job that requires less travel and pays more.

    Advice to Management

I loved the atmosphere that was created at ACS. The core values really resonated with me. My advice is to figure out what is going wrong at ACS and fix it quickly. Morale is really hurting after three lay-offs and I hope that you can pull out of this tail spin because this really is an interesting and challenging place to work.

    Cons

Very little direction or management;. Account management team left a lot to be desired. Managed by fear, not by encouragement or by promise of career advancement.

    Pros

Great Experience. Pay was average. The benefits at the company were very good. The 401K was average as per most companies.

    Cons

Long hours without many opportunities for advancement. Management did not seem to be very aware of what the client's needs were, It was all about the money.

I worked at Affiliated Construction Services (ACS) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You can make more money as a call center rep than as a supervisor. Good job if you a college student, live at home with parents, living off government, or if you need friends and want to relive high school. Overtime available for a lot of the year.

    Cons

The pay changes so much, don't get comfortable and try to live off overtime. They will cut it without notice. Supervisors are stuck between a corrupt upper management and mostly immature adults. The pay as a supervisor is an insult. You have to get a prefect team to break 30k. I made more at entry level at my next job.

    Advice to Management

If someone says refuses to accept the pay to be a supervisor, you should not take that lightly. Management should see that is someone who knows their value. The turnover rate will always be high if you continue like this.

    Pros

There really aren't any except a steady paycheck

    Cons

Overwork, underpay, never pay out bonus and never received a merit increase after stellar review. Also had a 4% cut in pay due to economy across the entire Recruiting team.

    Pros

long well-paid training, easy work if you understand the material.

    Cons

mandatory overtime, no work-life balance, no socializing with coworkers because you're constantly on the phone, generally a pretty depressing job.

I worked at Affiliated Construction Services (ACS) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay if you meet the stats. Lots of support in meeting the stats, the team leads are willing to work with you and help you meet your goals.

    Cons

The pay is based on performance and the better you preform the more you get paid. It sounds great but every 6 months to a year they change the pay schedule and some how you end up making less.

    Advice to Management

If you offer top pay ($14 to $18/hr) you will attract top customer service talent without huge turn over rates.
