Pros
Very Flexible hours

Fast and ever changing work challenges
Always doing team building event for their employees
Cons
Pay is so not great compared to similar companies.
There are career paths, but you must be willing to jump from department to department.
Advice to Senior Management
Make sure you keep your make more of an effort to keep you good employees. Other than that, the company is pretty good.
Pros
Benefits are good. If you are one of the chosen few in management, you've got it made.
Cons
They make you think you are the greatest thing since sliced bread and then you eventually find out few are ever allowed to stay there. They have frequent layoffs although they will hold meetings and tell people to their faces they are not getting ready to lay anyone off.
This company is run by Conservative Republicans and they make no bones about it.
Advice to Senior Management
Get rid of the politics. Stop spending so much money on alcohol and lavish business tips. Start rewarding those who have been making you money.
Pros
Affinion as a company is a solid company with good time off plan and benefits.
Cons
My department seems to be the black sheep of the company. Room for growth is limited. Upper management is unreasonable and not very knowledgable. Morale overall is very low in the whole department.
Advice to Senior Management
Treat all departments the same and do not let management create such low morale in certain departments.
Pros
The people seem really nice and the benefits are really great! Company seems to know their market and be extremely successful with that they do.
Cons
There are a lot of inefficiencies and room for improvement of processes. Don't expect this company to be up on technology any time soon.
Advice to Senior Management
Could be more profitable if they improve processes and illiminate waste. This will definitely be a process over time and not everyone will likely accept this as positve but it likely needed to move company forward.
Pros
Very flexible with time off.
Cons
Compensation is below market competitors.
Senior management do not value employees.
There is a fear of losing your job
Advice to Senior Management
Would encourage them establish a identity with their own core values instead of adapting to all of its clients. They need to value their employees and take stake with them instead of soley focusing on external dollars.
