    Pros

Entry level positions, there are many. Nice corporate building.

    Cons

Over worked and under paid. Only those under senior management are held accountable. A great place to work if you never care to get ahead. Unorganized, hostile and arrogant environment.

    Advice to Management

Management claims they care about those employees who work on the front lines but in reality they could care less. If you are of a treating nature, then you are management material in this company.

    Pros

Very friendly environment. Very good trainers.

    Cons

Poor communication within management. Placing under qualified employees in positions in which they have no experience.

    Advice to Management

Hire more qualified personal with strong experience, oppose to hiring friends of friends.

    Job security is not guaranteed

    Pros

Great coworkers. Overall good atmosphere. Feels as though the company truly cares about the members. Very reasonable work-life balance.

    Cons

Poor management (managers are frequently thrust into the role with no training). Despite lip-service to respect and having higher standards against harassment than mandated by law, management and HR are completely unresponsive to concerns and, if you are retaliated against for voicing those concerns, will deny any retaliation took place. Lip-service to professional development, but you are completely at the mercy of your manager who may instruct you not to go to training sessions. Tech support is completely inadequate.

    Advice to Management

You say all of the right things...but you do not follow through. You say that you care about professional development, but you have shut down most types of training and you do not teach your managers that part of their job is to help their subordinates develop. You talk about respect, but you do not respond to concerns about such issues. You allow departments to take credit for or place blame on other departments. Below the management level, your employees are frequently glad to help each other, but managers seem to be competing against other departments instead of remembering that we are all on the same team. And IT appears to be completely overworked, which means that other employees with tech problems can have delays that last hours or days before getting fixed. Like many of the problems that Affinity faces, it is penny wise but pound foolish.

    Cons

Hostile, unfriendly environment, no morals among employees. First thing that was told when joined the team that they do not like projects that end up going to production!!??
