    Pros

    Management is very flexible and supportive. Allow you to take time to finish the work in the right way. Provide various training.

    Cons

    Technology used is outdated. Need a lots of re-architecture to make it more competitive. Some implementation took too long.

    Advice to Management

    Need to hire employee with the right skill set.
