Pros
can put what i learnt in school into practice. People are nice. Work efficiency is very high. had all supplies ready at the first day of work. Very efficient.
Cons
Limited to own office and Lab. Not many chances to interact with more people. Management pushed too much. A bit stressful.
Advice to Senior Management
Give general employeees more opportunities to do presentations or have meetings. Not only mangers, other employees also deserve annual bonus.
