    Pros

    flexi time and holiday - up to 37 days a year overtime readily available autonomy for handlers who are competent local to my home financially supporting qualifications

    Cons

    lack of development opportunities unreasonable work load ability to carry out role not recognised lack of parking

    more progression opportunities and more staff risk measurements
