Pros
Good pay, good benefits package, good hours and schedule
Cons
Customers can be really mean people. It would be great if just once you could tell a really nasty customer off. Immediate Supervisors know less than the employees most of the time. And all the number crunching is a real headache. The average handleing times I think should be looked at. There just a little to low to provide really excellant customer service.
Advice to Senior Management
I think the Leadership staff should all have to be able to work the phone, and should be made to do so once in a while. Just so they can see what a day in the life of a CSR can really be like. And they could try to understand that without good CSR's, there would not be a company.
Pros
The benefits are quite good and when HR problems brought to their attention they tend to take these issues very seriously.
Cons
Sometimes I feel that the people that get promotions to coaches and supervisors are very under qualified. There have been many times that they have chosen agents for these positions when there are others far more qualified and I feel it has a lot to do with favoritism and connections.
Advice to Senior Management
In my opinion, the upper management should reevaluate the way their method of choosing who gets promoted to coach or supervisor.
Pros
Good Environment, Air conditioned. Comfortable chairs, great benefits, excellent pay, nicely scheduled breaks, close to restaurants, They genuinely show their employees "thanks"
Cons
They are very pushy about their numbers. Sometimes to the point it makes a person think "do you actually care about a customer".
Advice to Senior Management
Even if a previous employee left for personal reasons, they should be able to be rehired. I for one would love to work there again.
