    Pros

high caliber of talent fair / open management hard and interesting problems to solve recognition for accomplishment

    Cons

lots of responsibility a lot is expected of everyone it never slows down (generally good, but every now and then a break would be nice) Only free food once a week.

    Advice to Management

more free lunches. more seriously, things are going well, lots of communication. perhaps sometimes slow things down but right now thngs are happening fast so thats hard to do. this will be better if things don't always go well.
