Real great corporate culture from HP times!

Pros
I can benefit a lot from working in Agilent, and learn a lot of new things about quality system.
good benefit and good relationship with colleague.
Cons
The process in company is very complicated, which makes follow it is time consuming. The location of company in Shanghai is very far away from down town, it make me take long time on the way to office.
Advice to Senior Management
Sholud give more chance of promotion to the people. I don't have enough opportunity to talk with my boss. The management should care about the people more.
Pros
Flexible working time; professional process and management; mentorship program; Management by objectives; the oppurtunity to learn the programming tecnology and experience the industry process
Cons
The performance feedback review frequency is too low, once per year; the emphasis of the management team is put on the stakeholder, not on the employees; the relative salary difference between America and China is much bigger than other complanies

They should treat chinese employee better

Just OK salary, good balance between work and life, a lot of resource to learn knowledge, good management team to face big issue.

few opportunity for career advance:For regular employee, it's hard to be promoted to managers. T& M is reletive narrow industry, it's hard to transfer other industry.
