Agilent Technologies offered me my only job. Also Agilent is a big company in my area, it is a good opportunity to learn stuff.

The salaray at Agilent is relatively low compared to other major companies. The salary increase is very slow as well.

Increase the salary, increase the bonus level. The salary should consider inflation.

Life keep moving with survival, no worries on dead lines.

no growth at all. my boss don't want to get higher and so above... so everyone remain same for last 4 years
