    No Innovation,
Fix the bugs on the system that keeps breaking in 10 places.

I have been working at Agilisys full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Based in nice area of London. Literally it.

    Cons

I went in on the graduate scheme which was £13,000 for three months then £20,000 following. No pay increase for two years. The staff are rude, the management extremely stuck up and horrible. Work work work and NO reward. Never had such a horrible manager. Just horrendous.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sack yourself and everyone around you, and start a fresh.

I have been working at Agilisys full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Surrounded by high performers. Constant variety, entrepreneurial spirit highly valued.
Ownership structure means that Agilisys is a the flagship in a portfolio of interesting and collaborative organisations.

    Cons

As much stretch as you can take, and sometimes a little more. Not for those who like things to stay constant. Pace of growth can lead to day to day frustrations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Adopt a "big bang" approach to change rather than a "gradual tilt".

    Pros

Working with senior team regularly, are given a vast array of tasks to do, can move easily from department to department.

    Cons

Low starting wage (£13000 for graduate intern) and then frozen at £20000 for years after, no real direction to what you do, no training, no support.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Support new entrants and stop moaning at them.

    Pros

    Serious amounts of responsibility...
You will get exposed to much more high-powered people than you would elsewhere...
Massive variety in the work that you do...

    Cons

Sometimes too much responsibility and not enough support.
Not much scope for free thinking... you've got to do things "by the book"
