Great to work with, really flexible and fun environment

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsManagers were all extremely helpful when I requested a variety of work and even let me change roles multiple times. Bent over backwards to make me feel welcome. In large companies usually there is lots of "red tape" around processes and usually too many of these, but after working for Agilisys I worked for an international IT company and must say that Agilisys got it bang on.

ConsThere is always a lot of flux around staff where the best individuals are often moved around different projects in different counties.

Advice to Senior ManagementPerhaps offer more official training incentives.

No sense of Direction, constant internal tail chasing

    IT Services (Former Employee)
    Hammersmith, England (UK)

Proshard working people keep this place going, at ground level some great staff. You can easily work up by being a yes man or woman.

Conscompany has no clear direction and is a bit of an old boys club at the top with certain senior management team constantly protected from their own mess ups. Unfortunately very week management, I wont say leadership as I never met a leader.

Advice to Senior Managementunderstand what you want to do and lead.

    Horrendous on every level

    Graduate (Current Employee)
    London, England (UK)

ProsBased in nice area of London. Literally it.

ConsI went in on the graduate scheme which was £13,000 for three months then £20,000 following. No pay increase for two years. The staff are rude, the management extremely stuck up and horrible. Work work work and NO reward. Never had such a horrible manager. Just horrendous.

Advice to Senior ManagementSack yourself and everyone around you, and start a fresh.

Nearly ruined my career working here!

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

    ProsNothing really... I mean it.

ConsLow and Stagnant pay. Constantly confused management. Random projects irrespective of the employee's skill set. You are only a resource billing time to clients and not a professional who expects development.

Advice to Senior ManagementWell, get some idea on what being a 'boss' is. People need to feel valued to work. Learn to respect people for their abilities and not see them as walking profits only.

They treat you horribly and have no duty of care

    Product Manager (Former Employee)
    Hammersmith, England (UK)

ProsGood if you want to learn about what its like to work in a horrible environment with senior managers who treat you like badly - its like the 1970's.
Dont hire women of childbearing age - anyone at risk of going on maternity
HR are nasty andmanipulate the rules to get rid of people that dont fit in with the slave ethos

ConsYou will never get thanked for your work - attitude is 'just be thankful you have a job'
Cut corners by exploiting interns then blaming them if work isnt high standard
    Dont like paying fair wages
    Cut corners wherever possible

Advice to Senior ManagementRecognise the hard work some of your people do
Get proper systems in place - Invest in actually being security accredited
