    I worked at Agility

    Pros

    known company in Kuwait,it is very difficult to promoted unless you fighting till promoted,there is many employees from many countries also they help their employees to growth .

    I worked at Agility

    Pros

    Has a global network of own-offices. Has a well-meaning and committed senior management.
    One of the more risk-tolerant freight businesses which gets into revenue areas others shun.

    Cons

    Policies change with the wind. Poor communication to lower levels of the organisation means mixed messages. Frightening inability to motivate and retain key talent, most of which has faded away over the past few years and not surprisingly has resurfaced in the competition. Big legal issue with US Govt never settled properly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be tough in your decision making - pick a course and stay it.
    Be creative in your people development and retention.
    Without these two things you will not be successful, period.

    Methods are well framed and need to be executed.

    Employees are neglected and cannot have their say in anything.Boss is always right.Decision making is at worst .

    Pros

    Good IT structure...that is the only good in Agility

    Cons

    Can write a book.....
    1) Mismanagement in the management level
    2) Employees working hard are not appreciated
    3) Every second word used is salary deductions from the employee's account.
    4) To pass the blame after an issue has happened
    5) Senior Managers and CEOs are enjoying a very high salary with good benefits
    6) No proper JOB DESCRIPTION.,everyone is expected to do everything
    7) Extreme pressure to maintain KPIs
    8) Not following with customers expect big ones
    9) Small time clients are not happy with services
    10) Half day spent on KPI's report and no time to do the actual duty
    11) No support to the operations team in all the branches...
    11) There are more but my blood boils writing about them

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please chance yourself and retain your employees....dont fly high as you will have to come down one day......know what each branch is doing not only in terms of revenue but also check whether the employees are happy and satisfied working there....time to wake up Tariq Sultan and Essa Al Saleh

    I can't say anything until now because i am very new in Agility Logistics

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I have a very important advice for the Management and that is you should have proper communication with each and every employee. I liked the working style but i found out that people like to work in small groups either they should think of Agility as one whole group.
