Pros
Agio is a fast growing company with a great customer focused culture. Lots of pressure but lots of fun
Cons
fast growing is hard to handle. sometimes days are very long and pressure really builds. Management has a good handle on it but it takes time to recitfy some of the issues
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up teh good work. You cant communictae enough
