Pros – I have been Agreeya for past 1 year and have no complaints. Very professional and prompt. They guided me well with client job interview and hiring process. Once hired gave me good overview of client expectations and culture.
Always fulfill their promises( like they promised to file my GC and definitely initiated it on time ). Very knowledgeable immigration team. Agreeya has very good rapport with client. They get constant feedback and reviews from my client manager and they never hesitate to convey to me and provide a great pragmatic solutions to any of issues that I may be facing.
Last but not the least they have constant team lunches and team building activites.
These guys definitely know what they are doing and are very good at it.
Cons – Definitely need East coast office where we can directly walkin.

Pros – While it’s simple in theory, it’s just not that simple in practice. Precaution must still prevail. Many managers feel that since their employees are under at will employment they may fire them whenever they feel like it. There is more to it than that, and this misunderstanding is where many employers get in trouble.
Cons – Offer was very good ,still I didn't sign employment at will contract.I didn't accept the offer
Advice to Senior Management – Management should be polite and humble while negotiating with new hires

Pros – In a relative world there are worse companies out there who would make you feel less bad about this consulting company.
They put you in a project and then stay out of the way, if you like that kind of employment then this is company for you.
Cons – They really have a hands off approach. They are really responsive and communicative till right before you take the offer, then the responsiveness goes down close to zero. My manager here is avoids responding to my emails and vms, so good luck getting your queries answered.
Do get everything from them before you get on board because communication will break down completely, once they have hooked the fish.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat your consultants with some degrees of respect, not like commodities. I am very sure most consultants will in near future would be sitting pretty high up in a company where you want to penetrate. Not doing so is just short sightedness and poor management.

Pros – - No one will ask you anything until you are doing your job good in client location.
- Need to travel different client location(It's depend if you like travel, you will like it)
- They are getting some good project from big companies
- They are getting project from telecom company so if you want to get some work experience in telecom it would be a good choice as you may be land here without any effort :)
Cons – - They will use you as far as you are fit in the game
- This is pure consultancy company, so you have to fight for everything such as salary negotiation(they try to make you work on minimum salary), location and any other benefits.
- Be cautious for everything as they will try to trick with you for everything.
-No job security, as soon as your work ends with the client, you gonna lose your job.
- Not a company to work for until or unless you don't have any option in the world
- If I say in one word- I will say they are biggest lie company, I have ever seen.
- They just trying to make money without caring about the people and will fight with you to save a penny from you.
Advice to Senior Management – Please follow a process by which every employee have some confident on compnay. I can understand that you are new in the field and aspire to become a big company but don't lie to people and make them fool for everything.

Pros – Lots of varied challenges in the line of work. Good place to learn lots of things. Very good communication with people in charge.
Cons – Very low pay for a normal job, and this job is anything but normal. Long hours, nightly meetings, low pay, and nonexistent raises make it a frustrating job.
